Rotary International
Four-Way Test

The Four-Way Test was created in 1932 by Herbert J. Taylor, an American business  man, as a way to save his company from  bankruptcy. It was later adopted by Rotary International in 1943 and has since become a fundamental part of the  organization's ethical framework. The test is designed to be a simple, easily remembered guide for individuals to apply  in their daily lives, both personally and  professionally.
